Since 2001, Martin’s Catering has aspired to work with each client, spending as much time as possible and paying attention to detail from event start to finish. Martin’s Catering specializes in customized menus based on each individual’s personal style.
Clients are literally in good hands with Martin’s Catering, as each dish is crafted and created by Chef Martin L. Harger Jr. Chef Martin is a degreed, talented chef with over 25 years of Culinary Arts experience and 17 years of small to large-scale catering with proven past performance. Joining him to coordinate your special event is Chef Martin’s wife, Amy, with over 25 years of event planning and relationship building experience, your day is bound to be perfect.
Chef Martin’s early career began as an apprentice chef at the elite, private Rolling Rock Club in Ligonier, PA. From there, he ventured into serving at the helm as Executive Chef at the Liberty Lounge in Perryopolis. His passion for food and entrepreneurial opportunities eventually led him to the creation of Martin’s Catering. As the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Martin’s Catering, Chef Martin prides himself on creating fantastic meals, delivering creative cuisine, and serving deliciousness all in a comfortable and neatly packaged price range based on fresh and local ingredients.
Standard Martin’s Catering Packages
Required Pennsylvania sales tax and gratuities are not included on this catering menu.
All standard catering packages are delivered and set up as a buffet meal. These standard packages include rolls, butter, and all paper products. Packages can be altered to accommodate any special occasion; additional items may be added to packages. Upgraded plates, napkins & silverware are also available in a variety of options. Full linen rental service also available upon request.
