Residential Window Cleaning
We have a system to efficiently move through your house cleaning the window glass, tracks, sill, and frame.
Your windows will have a crystal clear view and a streak free shine every time.
Every effort will be made to make your window look 95% new.
Gutter Cleaning
*Fun fact: Gutters are also called eavestroughs.
The most common answer is twice a year, in late spring and early fall. But every home is different, so here are some variables to consider;
- How many trees surround your home?
- what type of trees are they? Pine and oak trees shed rapidly and can easily clog your gutters.
- How close to your home are they?
If you don’t have any trees around your home, you’re probably safe cleaning your gutters once a year, in the late fall. But if you have a combination of the above variables you may want to consider cleaning your gutters every season or 3-4 times a year.
Solar Panel Cleaning
We do all work from ladders or on the ground. We never climb on your roof. The less traffic you have on your roof, the less potential you have for damage and leaks.
We use soft brushes and squeegies and mild non abrasive detergents to clean your solar panels without damaging them. Some people may use harsh, abrasive chemicals or pressure washers all of which can damage your expensive solar panels.
We also use filtered water to leave a spot/streak free shine!
Storefront Window Cleaning
Yes and no.
To avoid the chance of damaging your valuable products we do require it to be moved prior to service. However, it only needs to be moved about 2-3 feet from the window to allow us sufficient clearance to work efficiently and safely.
We can also move your things for you at a rate of $20 hr if you like and don’t worry we are fast and efficient.
