C3H Global Solutions Membership Agreement

Welcome to C3H Global Solutions (“C3H”). By subscribing to or using any services offered by C3H—including paid memberships, employer listings, business tools, or access-controlled content—you agree to the following Terms of Service. These Terms govern all use of our platform and apply to all members, users, and account holders.

Please read these Terms carefully. By registering, checking out, or continuing to use C3H services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, including our refund, chargeback, and content policies.

1. Membership & Subscription

  1. 1.1 Service Overview

    C3H Global Solutions offers subscription-based services, employer tools, digital products, and professional support to individuals and businesses through our online platform.

  2. 1.2 Access & Duration

    Members receive full access to subscribed services for the duration of the selected billing period (monthly, annual, or as otherwise specified).

  3. 1.3 Account Accuracy

    It is your responsibility to ensure your account details, including billing and contact information, remain accurate and up to date.

  4. 1.4 Subscription Renewals

    All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting help@c3hglobal.com.

2. Pricing & Promotional Offers

  1. 2.1 Pricing Adjustments

    We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect during the next billing cycle, with prior notice provided when required.

  2. 2.2 Promotional Rates

    Discounted rates and special offers apply only to new subscribers unless explicitly stated. Canceling and re-subscribing to exploit promotional pricing is not permitted.

3. Billing, Payments & Chargebacks

  1. 3.1 Payment Terms

    All fees are billed at the beginning of the billing cycle and are non-refundable. C3H does not issue credits for:

    • Unused membership time
    • Mid-cycle cancellations
    • Service access issues caused by personal devices or internet providers
  2. 3.2 Failed Payments

    If a payment method is declined, we may attempt to process it again. Continued failure may lead to suspension or termination of services.

  3. 3.3 Chargeback Policy

    Members must contact help@c3hglobal.com before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

    • Immediate termination of your account
    • Permanent ban from future access to C3H services
    • Legal or collection action to recover lost funds
  4. 3.4 Chargeback Fee

    If a chargeback is filed without prior contact and is deemed to violate this policy, a $35 administrative fee may be assessed to cover the cost of investigation, dispute response, and administrative processing. This fee is in addition to any recovered amounts and may be pursued separately.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. 4.1 No Refunds

    All sales are final. C3H does not issue refunds for:

    • Unused or partially used billing periods
    • Technical difficulties on the user’s side
    • Inactivity or forgotten cancellations
  2. 4.2 Courtesy Credits

    In rare, exceptional cases, C3H may choose to offer a credit, discount, or refund at its sole discretion. Such accommodations are one-time gestures and do not imply a recurring obligation.

  3. 4.3 How to Cancel

    To cancel a subscription:

    1. Log in to your C3H account
    2. Access the “Subscription” section
    3. Select “Cancel Subscription”
    4. Your access will continue until the current billing period ends

5. General Terms

  1. 5.1 Policy Updates

    These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of C3H services constitutes agreement to the most current version.

  2. 5.2 Termination Rights

    C3H reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account, membership, or service access—without refund—if the following prohibited behaviors or content are detected on our platform:

    • Sexual services: Advertising, soliciting, or promoting escort services, companionship arrangements, or any form of prostitution—regardless of legality in the user’s region
    • Adult content: Uploading, sharing, or promoting pornography, sexually explicit media, adult toys, or related paraphernalia
    • Drug-related activity: Selling, glorifying, or distributing controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or content that encourages illegal drug use
    • Abusive spiritual practices: Promoting, organizing, or facilitating violent, exploitative, or coercive rituals—including spiritual or occult practices that conflict with C3H’s ethical and professional standards
    • Fraud and impersonation: Using false identities, creating fake profiles, or misrepresenting affiliations for personal gain
    • Harassment and abuse: Engaging in bullying, stalking, threats, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward staff, users, or the public
    • Obscene or harmful content: Publishing material that is defamatory, incites violence, promotes hate, or is otherwise deemed disruptive to the safety, dignity, or mission of the platform
    • Violation of law or platform integrity: Any activity that is illegal or compromises the function, security, or reputation of C3H

    We reserve the right to interpret and enforce these rules based on context, safety, and alignment with our professional values. Accounts found in violation may be suspended immediately and permanently restricted from future use.

6. Support & User Responsibility

  1. 6.1 Service Preview & Quality

    We offer service previews and public-facing descriptions to help users evaluate our offerings. Dissatisfaction with subjective quality (e.g., “not what I expected”) is not grounds for a refund.

  2. 6.2 Technical Support

    Support requests should be sent to help@c3hglobal.com. We aim to respond promptly but ask for patience during periods of high volume or complex investigations.

  3. 6.3 User-Side Requirements

    Users are responsible for ensuring:

    • A stable internet connection
    • Updated browsers or device software
    • Secure storage of login credentials
    • Basic familiarity with navigating online services

    C3H is not responsible for access issues caused by outdated hardware, slow connections, user error, or unsupported software.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from or related to your use of C3H services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. You waive all objections to venue or jurisdiction in that location.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full force and effect.
